The amount will be deducted from your account, when the purchased item(s) leaves our stock.

All prices on this site are DKK and includes Danish VAT.

Policy:

When we have received your order, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming your order. We reserve the right not to deliver in the case that our stock level was incorrect at the time we received the order. If we should be unable to deliver the order, or parts of it, we will contact you by e-mail or phone, and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.

Shipping & Delivery:

Free delivery in Denmark with a purchase of minimum 500 DKK

Denmark:

All orders in Denmark are shipped with Post Denmark and are fully insured. Delivery time in Denmark is usually 1-2 working days.

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number by e-mail which can be used to track your order.

Shipping fee with a purchase under 500 DKK - 59 DKK

EU countries:

All orders in EU countries (except Denmark) are shipped with GLS and are fully insured. Delivery time in EU countries is usually 2-4 working days.  

When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a tracking number via e-mail which can be used to track your order.

Shipping fee in EU countries (except Denmark) - 150 DKK 

Return Policy:

 If you wish to exchange a product into another size, color etc, please contact us so we are able to reserve the new item in our stock immediately.

You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after you have received your package, as long as the item has not been used.

All original packaging, price labels etc. shall be returned with the product without having been tampered with. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us. Send the package with the dispatch number so that it can be traced.
 
Also, please enclose your receipt and a short explanation as to why you wish to return the package.

NB. In case of returns or exchange of goods the shipping cost are held by the customer.

Force Majeure:

We have the right to assert force majeure in the case of war, warlike event, civil war, revolution, government sanction, strike, lockout, blockade, natural disaster or the like. This means that the agreement will not need to be fulfilled in part or in full. Should this, contrary to expectation, occur, we would attempt to notify you.
